Reccomendations

 
The USDA has published recommendations for Americans for diet and overall health.  Some of these include:

  • Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.
  • Switch to skim or 1% milk.
  • Make at least half your grains whole.
  • Vary your protein food choices.



  • These are some basic changes we can make to set us on a path toward good health a a positive lifestyle.
    Fruit is an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins and fiber.
